Product Description
This 12 volt 2 pin waterproof connector is used to connect multiple light fixtures together in a wire run and can be mounted in a panel 1-1/4″ thick. It features rubber seals around all connections and mounts to protect the front and back of the connector from moisture. The connectors mate with a twist-lock action and a silicone gasket inside the socket seals against the plug face to create a watertight connection.
The cable connectors accept 14AWG stranded copper wire and are insulated with PA66 nylon for excellent durability. The terminals feature a thick tinned copper barrel,which allows for a secure crimp and provides minimal voltage drop and maximum current flow. The connectors are corrosion-resistant and can withstand harsh and humid environments.
The waterproof connector has a high resistance to vibration and shock and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
