AHD Security Camera

An ahd security camera is an analog high-definition CCTV system that transmits over traditional coaxial cables. It is a technology developed by NextChip and offers a higher resolution than HD-SDI or HD-TVI, but less than IP cameras.

Unlike IP systems, AHD systems are connected to a DVR, or digital video recorder. This device digitizes the analog signal and records it to a hard disk.

AHD-BL25

The AHD-BL25 is a security camera that has a wide angle view and supports the AHD, HD-TVI, and HDCVI formats. It has a 2.5mm fisheye lens that can capture a 180-degree field of view and is suitable for indoor or outdoor surveillance. It also has infrared night vision, which allows it to work in low-light conditions. It is suitable for a variety of uses, including commercial, residential, and government applications.

The camera can be used as a standalone unit or connected to an existing CCTV system. It can also be plugged into an HDMI TV or monitor. The device is equipped with 24 infrared LEDs, which allow it to detect motion and provide high-quality video. Its wide-angle lens makes it ideal for use in large areas, such as warehouses or parking lots. It is also weatherproof and can be used outdoors.

Another benefit of these cameras is their ability to run on traditional coaxial cables. This means that they are more cost-effective than IP cameras, and can be installed without replacing existing infrastructure or ahd cctv system rewiring the premises. The cameras are also easier to set up, as they do not require complex network configuration or settings. They can be easily adjusted using an on-screen display (OSD) or a simple remote control. In addition, they can transmit 720p HD video over conventional coaxial cabling, compared to the 480p resolution of traditional CVBS cameras.

AHD-BL7H

There are many different types of security cameras on the market, but what are the primary differences between them? In most cases, there are minute differences in what chips or image sensors they use. These differences are often not visible to the end-user. However, some of the features that separate them are important.

One of these is the ability to capture images in low or no light conditions. This can be an important feature for commercial vehicles, as night driving can be more challenging than daytime. EchoMaster’s AHD cameras come with built-in infrared, which activates during these conditions. This allows the camera to produce black and white images with clarity comparable to that of daytime images.

Another difference between AHD and IP cameras is the presence of a varifocal lens. A varifocal lens is a type of CCTV lens that uses an adjustable focal length to allow for different viewing ranges. This makes them ideal for situations in which a fixed focus is needed.

Finally, AHD cameras also have an infrared cut filter that blocks infrared light. This filter is an integral part of the image sensor and helps to improve the overall quality of the image produced by the camera. In addition, the AHD-BL7H is equipped with a ahd security camera removable infrared cut filter, making it an excellent choice for nighttime surveillance.

AHD-BL5H

This AHD security camera can transmit 720p HD video over standard coax or RCA cables. This allows for crisper and clearer images compared to traditional CVBS cameras. This camera also includes smart IR technology that automatically adjusts the intensity of the infrared LEDs based on the distance of objects from the camera.

This camera is built to withstand harsh weather conditions with a rugged IP68-rated housing. This camera also features a vari-focal lens that allows installers to adjust the field of view from wide to zoomed in. This is a great feature for surveillance applications that require both day and night recording.

Some AHD CCTV cameras also support Audio-Over-Coax (AOC). This is a convenient feature that lets you send the audio signal over the same cable as the video avoiding the need for an extra wire pair for audio. This feature requires a DVR that supports it, like our RK SERIES DVR.

EchoMaster AHD surveillance cameras come with a built-in microphone and are capable of transmitting audio over the same cable as video. This allows you to monitor your truck or trailer while driving, without having to switch between two separate monitors. This AHD camera also supports Vga and HDMI outputs allowing it to be used with most flat panel TV’s and monitors. It comes with a 12V-Dc power supply making it completely plug-and-play.

AHD-BL10H

This HD vandal dome camera from EchoMaster features built-in infrared LEDs for day and night surveillance. Installers can adjust the video modes on this security camera via an On-Screen Display (OSD) accessed with the joystick. Some of the image settings that can be adjusted are brightness, contrast, digital noise reduction and low light intensity.

This CCTV camera uses a Sony progressive scan CMOS image sensor to deliver 1080p high definition video over coaxial cable. A BNC loop output is available on this camera to connect the camera’s video to a second device like a DVR. This camera also features a 2.8 to 12mm varifocal lens so installers can fine tune the field of view during installation.

The AHD-BL10H is a good choice for customers who already have an analog CCTV system and want to upgrade to HD. The HD technology used in this camera combines both IP and analog technologies, so it will work with existing coax cabling that is typically RG59 or RG6. It will not work with UTP cables which require a special type of camera connector called a video balun.

This CCTV camera can be purchased individually or as part of a complete HD vehicle safety system which includes cables, a monitor and a DVR. The systems can be upgraded later to add more cameras and features if the need arises.
