Motorola will, at its option, repair or replace the Product during the warranty period. Such repairs may include replacement of parts or boards with functionally equivalent reconditioned or new parts. Replaced parts or boards become the property of Motorola. This limited warranty does not cover any defects or failure caused by misuse, accident, modification or improper installation, and it is not transferable.
